Bodhi BURN

Bodhi Burn is a high intensity yoga class that builds on traditional yoga flows. Adding in hand weights and body weight exercises such as squats, push-ups, planks and cardio. This dynamic workout gives you the best of both worlds. Practice mindfulness while getting a killer total body workout.
*BurnOUT is an extended version of Burn. 75 minutes. I mean, sometimes we just can’t get enough.

Bodhi + SOUL

In this heated Vinyasa class, you will spin and twist your spine in all different directions. You can expect sun salutations, warrior series, balancing postures and inversions. This class will challenge your balance, strength, flexibility, and increase your dexterity. Finally, you will leave in a state of bliss after drifting away in a ten minute Savasana.

Burn + FLOW

We took our most popular class format and ditched the weights. Don’t let that fool you! This is still a phenomenal strength building class. We begin to move our bodies with creative and invigorating Sun Salutations, heart pumping cardio, core & squats series help us build endurance and strength all rounded out with deep stretching and recovery. You will walk out of this class feeling ready to take on ANYTHING!

Bodhi BASIX

Bodhi BASIX is a true beginner level Vinyasa class. While still a heated (some non-heated offerings) format, this class has an emphasis on fundamental poses, a consistent format & is designed for yogi(ni)s looking to jump into their practice. You can expect to learn or refine basic flows, inversion playtime & the mental health benefits that we hold so dear! Walk out of class feeling stronger, more balanced & peaceful.

Bodhi HOT 26+2

We didn’t install infrared heat panels just for fun! This class is FIRE! This OG format incorporates the original 26 postures practiced at 105 degrees with 40% humidity. Build strength and balance in your physical body sandpit your mental endurance to the test as you practice Pranayama breathing. This class will help you improve muscle tone, flexibility, mental clarity and test your discipline. You can do it. In fact, soon you will crave it! Promise.
