MADDIE
Lead Instructor
I took my first yoga class in high school and fell in love with the practice! As I continued to practice throughout college, I discovered a desire to deepen my practice and learn to teach yoga. I am a Certified Yoga Sculpt instructor through CorePower Yoga and so grateful to continue my teaching journey at Bodhi.
Aside from yoga, I work as a clinical mental health counselor. My passion for mental health is highlighted in my yoga practice as I seek to promote overall well-being - mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I have a deep passion for helping others strengthen their mind and body through yoga, and I’m so excited to help you learn and grow in this practice.
Beyond yoga and counseling, the other “loves” of my life include coffee, shopping for good deals, and most of all, my husband, Mo.
Can’t wait to see you on your mat!

I fell in love with yoga when I was 13 years old. I knew right away that I wanted to be an instructor. Yoga helped me feel comfortable in my body while going through puberty and middle school.
I completed my 200hr Vinyasa training & Paddle Board Yoga training through True Studio Jannesville, summer of 2017. I love helping people relax, encouraging self love, and expressing gratitude.
I graduated college in 2020 with a degree in Retail Merchandising & Management, I minored in Business Administration and Psychology. I am currently working as Executive Assistant at a private equity firm based in River Falls.
I am excited to have you in class, let's stretch, relax, and be grateful for who we are.

ELLIE
Instructor
I am a Certified Yoga Sculpt Instructor trained by CorePower Yoga and have taught Yoga Sculpt, Strength, and Mat Pilates classes since becoming certified. I am so excited and grateful to be a part of the Bodhi community!
I fell in love with group fitness classes in college and always look at workout classes as my little escape for the day - an opportunity to push myself outside my comfort zone and spend time focusing on myself and my mind-body connection for the hour. I find that I always feel better when I take this time for myself at some point throughout the day.
Since expanding my practice and beginning to teach, I have found an even deeper love for yoga. I love walking into a room full of people and providing them an energized, welcoming space to spend part of their day. My goal is to improve each and every student’s day in my class - empowering them, making them feel stronger and more grounded by the end of class.
Aside from yoga, I work as a Growth Consultant at an e-commerce company remotely. I love to spend my free time walking with my fiance, Jack, and two dogs, Hank and Sasza. I also love shopping, cooking and traveling.
I can’t wait to see you on your mat!

MOLLY
Instructor
I attended my first yoga class in 2008 to help prevent injuries while running competitively. I was blown away by the physical and mental benefits I experienced and was hooked. In 2015 I received my 200hr RYT from CorePower Yoga in Saint Paul and began teaching there soon after.
I currently teach a variety of classes but Yoga Sculpt and Power Yoga have a special place in my heart. I work full time for Coco’s Heart Dog Rescue and when I’m not working or teaching/practicing yoga I love trail running. playing with my dogs. paddle boarding on the St. Croix, and drinking Kombucha on the porch.

Telling people that I have been practicing yoga for 30 years could make me feel old but it doesn’t! It makes me feel strong. Yoga has helped me through so many phases of my life and I am so excited to share this experience with others. It has been a nagging thought in the back of my head for YEARS that I should become a yoga instructor. I never thought I would be “good” enough to actually teach others. With encouragement from Cortney and others at Bodhi studios, I finally took the leap and began teacher training in September 2022.I am now a proud 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor trained by CorePower. A dream come true!
I have been an Optometrist since 1994 and I love everything about health and wellness. I am a Young Living essential oils distributor and also a Juice Plus/Tower Garden distributor.
I love to travel in my free time. My husband is an Optometrist/Farmer and we live on a hobby farm raising grassfed beef and egg-laying hens. We are both very passionate about the environment and sustainable living; trying to understand how our lifestyle choices impact the world around us.
I believe that yoga, in some form, is for everyone. Spending that dedicated time on your mat is so good for your body but also your mind. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a long time, I can’t wait to see you in class!

In college I was dragged into a yoga class kicking and screaming. I had so many negative stereotypes about yoga going through my mind - how could something like stretching be a workout? From the first class, I fell in love. I was never very competitive or athletic, so sports weren't my thing in school. What I love about yoga is that it is all about you. You rely on yourself, build goals, compete with yourself, and grow. Although it is self driven, it helps you build a positive and loving community as well. Yoga, in any format, is not only a great workout but it has greatly helped with my mental health, anxiety, and confidence. I truly notice a difference when I am not actively practicing on a regular basis.
After college I practiced on and off through different studios. It was always a thought in the back of my mind to become certified, but I was always so unsure of myself. Once I started to attend Bodhi I gained the courage to become Core Power certified in October of 2022.
Outside of my mat, I am a middle school language arts teacher at Prescott Middle School. Currently, I am going back to school through the University of Wisconsin Superior to become a school counselor. I would love for my passions of yoga and teaching to become intertwined as a counselor. I love to bake, go boating, read, and hang out with my friends and husband Bryan.
If you are like me and are skeptical, take a class because you will never regret a great workout - especially through Bodhi Studios.

From the moment I took my first yoga class I knew it would be a part of my life forever. It brings my love for health, mental health and fitness all into one! Yoga has taught me so much about self-love and how to just breathe, I am able to feel confident and strong in my own body. Also showing me how to fully take in the beauty of the people and world around me.
My hope with instructing is to bring this love, feeling of peace, hope and confidence to others. I have my 200 hour C1 power and C2 certificate which I completed through Core Power Yoga. I am so excited to be a part of the community at Bodhi and teach you everything I know while also learning from all of you! I will be bringing a gentle flow along with another killer Burn class.
Outside of yoga I am a mother to a beautiful daughter, Maci. She is the absolute brightest light in my life. Her and my significant other, Nicholas are the ones I spend most of my time with. I can't forget about my dog, Lucy! They bring me such love and joy, words cannot express the support they have shown me through this journey.
I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in MN, also work in Early Childhood Special Education as an Office Coordinator. I am a huge advocate for normalizing nondrinking and being open about mental health. I love all things coffee, any outdoor or physical activities, desserts and edgy hairstyles!
Thank you for allowing me to guide you through your practice, lets meet on our mats.

My yoga journey began in 2008 and I knew immediately that yoga would be in my life forever. As a former dancer I enjoy working on my flexibility, but the intentionally slower pace and purposeful movement was what got me hooked. Yoga provides me opportunities to experience a less hurried existence. Through yoga, I feel that I become a better version of myself as I build awareness and acceptance of both my physical and mental strengths and challenges. I become stronger, more confident, and at peace every time I return to my mat!
I received my Core Power certification in 2016 and have taught a variety of classes including: Power Yoga, SUP yoga, parent/child yoga, and children's yoga. I’m also trained in Yoga Calm for teachers. I've been an English Language teacher for 20 years and have taught in South Korea, Peru, Florida, Arkansas, and Minnesota! My family consists of my husband, daughter, 2 bonus sons, and 2 dogs. When I'm not on my mat, I enjoy traveling and a wide variety of outdoor adventures.
I'm so thankful that a yogi community has finally emerged in Prescott!!! I can't wait to see you in one of my classes!

My husband and I are both originally from Ellsworth, WI. We moved to Hudson 15 years ago. Our daughter is a freshman in college and our son is a freshman in High School. After many years of being a stay-at-home mom, I fell in love with lifting weights after both my babies went to school.
I can’t put into words how empowering it was for me mentally, emotionally, and physically to feel myself getting stronger. I loved not only watching my body transform but it also transformed my mind, body, and spirit too. I believe something magical happens when you see and feel yourself getting stronger.
I decided to pass on that magic to others and get my personal training certification. But then… I fell in love with yoga too, so I quickly decided to add yoga sculpt certification as well. I absolutely love teaching group fitness. I believe there is no better gift that you can give to others or yourself than health and wellness. I love the amazing energy that we create together during class, and I also believe we take that energy with us after we leave class and it is contagious in such a positive way.
I am honored to be a part of the Bodhi team and I look forward to meeting each and every one of you on your mats!

ERANDI
Instructor
I took my first yoga class in 2012 at a studio in San Francisco. I remember how vulnerable and anxious I was before class, not knowing what to expect and opening myself to try something new. Afterward, my mind and heart were open, and I felt liberated from my own thoughts and worries.
Before yoga I was big into running and after my first hot yoga session, I felt as though I ran six miles without ever leaving my mat and I quickly became addicted. For me, yoga has been about self-discovery and growth. It has played an essential role in my mental health by grounding me where I stand.
I graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2013 with a degree in Biology which led into a fulltime military career, serving others a as a combat medic. My mat has been my sanctuary, the one place I feel safe and non-judged. My mission is to introduce yoga to others and enable them to find their own safe place.
I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Core Power Yoga in Saint Paul. I am certified to teach Yoga Sculpt and Power Yoga. When I am not working or on my mat, my world revolves around my three children, Taylor, Vincent, and Lincoln.
